Transfer Payment
- I send you the bank account number via e-mail, which you can transfer the money to.
Deposit is required!
As soon as the deposit arrives, you will receive a confirmation and I will start making the portrait. Of which I regularly send pictures.
The deposit is 30% of the costs of the portrait painting.
The rest of the painting’s cost must be paid after the painting is completed. Naturally, I send pictures of the finished painting as well. If you are satisfied with the picture, I ship it, as soon as the rest of the cost has arrived. The delivery is 2-5 working days, for bigger distances, it can take longer.
You have nothing else to do than to choose a picture and send me via e-mail or upload it on the form. After consultation and receiving the deposit, I start painting the portrait. You can follow the process along. Upon request, I make a video as well. After I finished the painting, I send you a picture about it and if you are satisfied with it I send it to your home. All you have to do is receive it. I take care of transport and everything else. There is no extra cost for ordering a portrait painting.
Delivery
The finished creation will be delivered in a PVC (plastic) pipe, which I put it in a hard cardboard box as well. If the painting still suffers any damage, I offer absolute guarantee. You have to prove the damage to me with pictures or a video.
If the painting suffers any damage, I redo the portrait.
