Yes, I take absolute guarantee in case the painting gets damaged. Or if it gets lost for some reason. In case any damage occurs, send me a picture and video about it and about the whole painting too. If it gets lost I repaint it and send it again as soon as possible. Up until now, these problems are unprecedented.
There is a possibility to make a portrait of more pictures. You have to consult with me in advance and in some cases I do not recommend this. To do this, I need to see the pictures you want to create the artwork from. If it’s more complicated, it might cost your extra. If possible, I suggest choosing a picture you already have everything on, that you want on the finished artwork as well. Something you like and would like to see on your wall or surprise one of your friends with. I suggest reading the paragraph “How to choose the right picture?”.
It is possible with or without a background, it is the matter of consultation. When I see the picture, I’ll suggest whether the background would look good or whether we should give the painting a unique background. It is also possible to give the painting absolutely no background, meaning the paper will remain white on that part. I recommend you to have a look at the paintings and if you like one of the background styles, it can be arranged to make the painting in that style.
Good quality is a very important factor. A painting or drawing of good quality can only be made from a picture of good quality. On the other hand, if you want to capture someone from an old picture, it is possible to create that, but the finished painting will give the effect of what you see in the picture. It is important that the picture is of high resolution.

Get in contact with me and tell me what you’d like and we can make it. I don’t recommend changing the pictures however, because in that case a different person will be looking back to us from the picture.

No! Because it makes the transport more difficult. Cardboard papers can be rolled up into a cylinder and be transported more safely. It is a matter of taste; what kind of frame you want for your piece of artwork. I’d better leave that to you.
You should open the package carefully and take the painting out of the plastic tube. Try not to touch the surface of the painting or drawing. It is advisable to hold the sides of the paper by hand or on the back.
I advise taking the painting to a framer, who takes the painting out of the lube professionally and will put the artwork to the right frame. It is advisable to hang it on the wall in a place kept away from sunlight. A direct exposure to sunlight for extended periods of time can damage the painting. It may lose its color, turns yellow etc.
